Diesel Forklift HMF35 Service List

Engine Service:

First service within 30 hours or 3 months, whichever comes first.

Regular service every 300 hours or 3 months, whichever comes first.

1. Engine Oil need to be Replaced. 15W-40, 6.5L

2. Engine Oil Filter need to be Replaced.

3. Fuel Filter need to be Replaced.

4. Air Filter (Top) need to be Replaced.

5. Air Filter (Bottom) need to be Replaced.

6. Coolant need to be Replaced. Green 10-12L

Gearbox Service:

First service within 30 hours or 3 months, whichever comes first.

Regular service every 300 hours or 3 months, whichever comes first.

1. Hydraulic Transmission Oil need to be Replaced. 10W-30, 6L

2. Hydraulic Transmission Oil Filter need to be Replaced.

Differential Service:

1. Gear/Diff Oil need to be Replaced. 80W-90, 8L

1. Hydraulic Oil need to be Replaced. ISO-46, 36L

Brake System Service:

First service within 30 hours or 3 months, whichever comes first.

Regular service every 300 hours or 6 months, whichever comes first.

1. Brake Fluid need to be Replaced. DOT-3, 0.5-1L
